Jasmine Salon and Day Spa now offers a variety of Yoga, Pilates and Cardio classes.

According to Pam Bracken, Fitness Director, our focus is on:

  • Smaller Classes - The typical class has 2-3 students. This allows for more personal attention. Instructors are able to provide hands-on instruction - adjusting the student so that they are properly aligned in the pose.

  • Certified Yoga Teachers - Teachers at yoga studios are certified yoga instructors who have studied their craft, attended numerous workshops and received extensive teacher training.

  • Greater Variety - More personalize attention customized for all levels from "Do-It-Right" beginner yoga to fast paced Power Yoga.

  • A Holistic Approach - Most instructors lead "Yogi" lifestyles and incorporate the guiding principles into their daily lives: being in the moment, utilizing self-control and acknowledging the connection between the mind and body.

Yoga improves:

  • Flexibility (helps prevent pulled muscles)

  • Endurance (great for 12-hour work days)

  • Posture

And yoga will make you more:

  • Energized (who doesn't need more energy?)

Pilates
Mat Pilates is a non-impact work-out geared towards strengthening and stabilizing the body's core and spine. These core exercises focus on the gluteus, abdominal, upper leg, and lower back muscles.

Private Yoga Session
Whether you are looking to do yoga for the first time or are hoping to further your practice, what better way than a private lesson? Our certified yoga teachers will begin with a short centering session followed by some gentle stretching to prepare the mind and body for the asana poses. You will be led through a series of postures designed for your level of ability and will finish with a deep relaxation pose. Private yoga sessions are available for 1 to 6 people and require 1 week advanced reservation.
